These packs retrieve official DBD documents beyond the current certificate and, on higher tiers, add a structured English summary of what those files show.
Use them for supplier onboarding, investment screening, or counsel requests that ask for shareholders, recent changes, or latest financials.
What is in the Ownership Pack?
Bilingual certificates plus the latest shareholder list filed with DBD, from US$139. English registered objectives are optional and selected at checkout. A shareholder list is a filed record, not proof of ultimate beneficial ownership.
What does the Company Verification Pack add?
The Ownership Pack plus latest registration or change documents and a structured English company summary, from US$169. The summary is our work and is not an official DBD certificate.
What is in the Due Diligence Pack?
The verification set plus latest financial statements and a financial summary, from US$199. Figures are taken from filed statements and need human review. This is not a solvency or fraud opinion.
Why is the Complete Corporate File a from price?
Incorporation files and histories vary in length. The Complete Corporate File starts at US$249 and is quoted when page counts or available documents change the official cost.
What is a page allowance?
An included number of official DBD pages in the service price. Ownership includes 20, verification 40, due diligence 60, and the complete file 80 unless an administrator updates the product. Extra pages require your approval before we charge more.
Do financial statements have a fixed official cost?
No. DBD lists THB 50 per page for several certified copies. A 26-page statement can cost about THB 1,300 in official fees alone. That is why this is not an unlimited $69 product.
Can I order only the shareholder list?
Wave 1 sells shareholders inside the Ownership Pack so you also have current bilingual identity documents. A standalone list can be discussed as a follow-on order.
Will you map related companies or beneficial owners?
Not in these packs. We deliver the latest filed list and do not invent UBO or group charts from weak signals.
Are summaries checked by a person?
Yes on early orders. Important figures should be checked against the official PDF. If a summary and a source file disagree, the official file controls.
Does this replace a law firm due-diligence memo?
No. It is official-document retrieval plus optional structured notes. Instruct counsel if you need legal conclusions.
How long do these packs take?
Ownership and verification: 3-5 Thai business days. Due diligence: 4-7. Complete file: 5-10 or a quoted range. Extra-page approval pauses the clock.
What if a document type is not available for that entity?
Availability depends on entity type and what was filed. We record the gap, do not invent the missing file, and adjust the order or refund the unused official portion.
What is usually inside a filed financial statement?
The latest annual statements filed with DBD, when that filing exists. That set often includes the auditor report, profit and loss, notes, and related year-end papers. Length varies. We do not invent pages that were never filed.
Do I need permission from the company?
Not for publicly accessible registry records. A shareholder list or financial statement is still a filed record, not a finding that the company approved your review.
