What is a Thai company certificate?
It is the official current certificate for a Thai juristic person. For a limited company it commonly shows directors, signing authority, registered capital, head office, and objectives. Exact items depend on entity type and status.
What does บอจ mean on older forms?
บอจ. numbers are Thai company-registration form codes. บอจ.3 often relates to incorporation details and บอจ.5 to a shareholder list at incorporation. This product is the current certificate, not the full historic บอจ set.
How much is the official DBD fee?
DBD lists THB 40 per certificate item. A five-item certificate often costs about THB 200. Our US$49 price is a service price that also covers handling and delivery, not a reprint of that fee.
How fast is this package?
We aim to deliver within 24 hours after payment and complete company details. Often sooner. It is a service target, not a guaranteed DBD deadline. Thai holidays or official-system issues can take longer.
Is the file digitally signed?
DBD states that relevant certified copies use the registrar's electronic signature. Staff check that the delivered PDF opens and that expected verification information is present before we send your link.
Can I use this with a foreign bank?
Some counterparties accept Thai. Many foreign banks and counsel ask for the official English certificate instead. If they asked for English, order that product.
Does this include shareholders or financial statements?
No. Those are separate DBD document types, often priced per page. See the due-diligence page if that is the question you need answered.
What if I pick the wrong company?
You confirm the juristic person before payment and staff review it again. If you confirmed the wrong entity, a new order is usually required. If staff caused the mismatch, we reprocess without an extra service charge.
Do I need to create a DBD account?
No. Staff submit the official request. You do not navigate the Thai e-Service yourself.
Is a company-prepared English summary included?
No. This pack is the official Thai file only. Summaries appear on verification and due-diligence packs and are labeled as our work.
