Is this a translation you write?
No. This is the official English Business Registration Certificate from DBD. Any English summary we later add on another pack is labeled as our work and is not this certificate.
What is the difference with and without objectives?
Without objectives you get the official English certificate without the registered activities list. We aim to deliver that file within 24 hours. With objectives, DBD includes that list on extra pages. Official samples are on this page. The upgrade is US$20 and the public estimate moves to 3-4 Thai business days.
Why does it cost more than the Thai certificate?
DBD's English service lists a starting official fee around THB 1,160. The US$79 service price has to cover that fee, payment costs, staff time, and exceptions when English data is incomplete.
Can I verify the file myself?
Yes. DBD supports verification by certificate reference number and checks on the PDF digital signature. We point you to those official methods on delivery. We do not invent a second verification portal.
What if the English company name is missing?
DBD's FAQ notes that English juristic-person names or director details can be incomplete. Staff handle those exceptions before we treat the order as ready. Timing can extend when DBD requires a correction.
Does the English certificate include shareholders?
No. Shareholders are a separate latest-list product. See the due-diligence page if ownership is the question.
Can I add the Thai certificate?
Yes. The bilingual packages pair both official files. That is usually cheaper than two unrelated orders if you know you need both languages.
Is delivery electronic?
Yes for this service. We retrieve the official electronic file and send a secure download link. We do not promise postal delivery from DBD's own post option.
Will objectives always fit on one page?
No. Registered activities can be long or specialized. That is one reason the objectives path takes longer and is a paid upgrade.
Do you guarantee DBD will issue the certificate?
No. If DBD cannot issue the selected item, we offer an alternative, a partial refund, or cancellation based on incurred cost.
