01Relationship to the Terms
This Refund Policy applies to paid orders on Thailand Company Docs and forms part of the Terms of Service. Words defined in the Terms have the same meaning here. Consumer protections that cannot be waived under Thai law still apply.
02When work begins
Paid work begins after successful payment and, if we asked a clarifying question, after you answer it. From that point we may verify the company, incur staff time, and pay official DBD fees. The Refund Policy turns on whether official submission has occurred and on who caused the problem.
03Cancellation before official submission
If you cancel before we start verification or before we submit a request to DBD, we will ordinarily refund the service price minus unavoidable payment-processing costs that we cannot recover, where that is lawful. We will confirm the cancellation in writing to the checkout email.
04After official submission
Once a DBD request is submitted, official fees and the service work already performed are ordinarily non-refundable. Customized retrieval of a specific official record is work that cannot be resold to another customer. We record the submission time and any official reference number.
05Customer selection error
If you confirmed the wrong juristic person, we treat the order as correctly performed against that confirmation. You may place a new order for the correct entity. We may, at our sole discretion, redirect the request if official retrieval has not started and no official fee has been spent.
06Operator error
If we retrieve the wrong company or the wrong document type through our own error, we will reprocess the order without an extra service charge. If we cannot complete the correct retrieval, we will refund the unused service amount for that failure.
07Unavailable or incomplete records
Availability depends on entity type, filing history, and registry rules. Partnerships, public companies, foreign juristic persons, archived years, and English-data exceptions may not produce the file you expected.
We do not invent a missing filing. We will tell you, keep a record of the gap, and offer one of the following according to cost already incurred: an available alternative package, a partial refund of the unused official portion, or cancellation of the unfinished part of the order.
08Page allowances and extra official fees
Where a package includes a page allowance, we will not charge extra official pages without your approval. If you refuse the extra amount, we pause the clock and refund or complete only the portion that fits the allowance, as you instruct and as the official files allow.
09Duplicate and failed payments
If the same order is charged twice, we refund the duplicate. If payment fails, no order is formed and no service fee is due. A declined card is not a refundable event.
10Payment-provider costs and timing
Refunds are sent through the original payment method where the provider allows it. Settlement timing is set by the card scheme and the payment provider, not by DBD. Currency conversion differences and non-recoverable processing fees may remain with the provider.
11Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you open a dispute or chargeback, we may pause new download links for that order while the dispute is open, where that is lawful and consistent with the payment-provider rules. We keep the order record, files, and correspondence needed to respond.
Please contact us first. A dispute filed after we have already submitted to DBD does not by itself cancel official fees already paid.
12How to request a refund
Write to ops@thailandcompanydocs.com from the checkout email. Include the order number, the juristic person registration number, and the reason. Staff assign an internal reason code for cancellation, refund, waiver, or manual price adjustment. We may ask for information needed to verify that you are the customer.
