Thai company documents banks usually ask for

If a bank or compliance team asked for Thai company documents, start with the official files they can verify. We retrieve those records. We do not open accounts, draft meeting minutes, or act as your company secretary.

Official documents are issued or certified by Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD). We provide document retrieval, processing, and secure delivery. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or part of DBD.

What the bank still has to collect from the company

Passport copies, signed application forms, and internal resolutions are not registry retrieval. We do not draft those documents or pretend a filed shareholder list replaces them.

How to proceed

  1. 01

Read the bank's list and mark which items are official registry files.

  2. 02

Confirm the 13-digit juristic person number so you do not retrieve a similar name.

  3. 03

Order the bilingual certificates if both languages appear on the list.

  4. 04

Add the Ownership or Due Diligence Pack only when shareholders or accounts were actually requested.

  5. 05

Send the official PDFs and the order number. Label any summary as our notes, not the certificate.

Answers before you start

This guide maps common bank and compliance document lists to official DBD files and the packages on this site.

Use it when a bank, fintech, or compliance team asked for Thai company certificates, shareholders, or filed accounts.

Do you open bank accounts?

No. We retrieve official company records. Account opening, KYC interviews, and bank forms stay with you and the bank.

What do banks usually ask for first?

A current company certificate in the language they can file. Many foreign desks want the official English certificate. Thai offices often want the Thai certificate as well, which is why the bilingual pair is a common start.

When do they also want shareholders?

When the review is about ownership or signatory control. Order the Ownership Pack so you have current bilingual identity documents plus the latest shareholder list filed with DBD.

When do they want financial statements?

When credit, limits, or investment screening is the question. Use the Due Diligence Pack. Latest statements vary in length and are not an unlimited fixed-cost file.

Do I need the company's permission?

Not for publicly accessible registry records. The bank may still ask the company for its own resolutions, ID copies, or signed forms. Those are not DBD retrieval items.

Can I order from outside Thailand?

Yes. International checkout does not need a Thai bank account. We deliver a secure download to the checkout email.

Will you supply meeting-minute templates?

No. Minutes and board resolutions are the company's own documents. We retrieve filed registry records, not templates for you to complete.

Is a private translation enough for a foreign bank?

Often not. Many banks want the official DBD English Business Registration Certificate they can verify, not a translation of the Thai file.

What if the bank list includes articles or change documents?

The Company Verification Pack adds latest registration or change documents. The Complete Corporate File adds incorporation and available articles when those filings exist.
