How we source, date, and correct company records
Company profile pages are identity records from official sources. They are not certificates, credit scores, or biographies. This page explains the method behind those pages.
Official documents are issued or certified by Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD). We provide document retrieval, processing, and secure delivery. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or part of DBD.

Sources we use
- DBD Open Data listings for newly registered and indexed companies.
- DBD Open API juristic-person records for English name, status, type, capital, and primary TSIC classification when that feed returns them.
- Revenue Department VAT taxpayer data only where a row is marked as that source.
- Official Thai and English DBD services when a customer orders a certificate or supporting file.
Dates
Thai registry dates often use the Buddhist Era. We convert a validated source date to the Gregorian calendar and show both, for example 31 December 2025 (B.E. 2568).
“Retrieved by this service” is when we stored or last refreshed the row. That is not the same as a source last-updated stamp. DBD does not publish a last-modified timestamp on these identity records, so we do not invent one.
Names, labels, and translation
- The Thai legal name is the official name on the source record.
- When an English company name is present on a DBD Open API record, we show that official English field. We do not transliterate a missing English name for the heading.
- English type and status labels (for example Limited company, Still operating) are our translations of the official Thai terms. The Thai term stays on the page.
- TSIC industry classification is separate from the registered objective text stored on the record. The full registered objective list is on the official Thai certificate.
Refresh process
We import official listings in batches. Selected rows are later refreshed from the DBD Open API. The profile page shows the retrieval date we have for that row.
Ordering a document starts a new request on the current official service. That file can be newer than the identity page.
Correction policy
If a field looks wrong, email ops@thailandcompanydocs.com with the registration number and the incorrect detail. We compare it with the official source. If the source has changed, we update the row. If the source still shows the same value, we keep it and point you to the official record.
We do not change a registry fact because a trading name, website, or invoice uses different wording.
What these pages are not
- Not a finding that a company is legitimate, solvent, or safe to deal with.
- Not a director list, signing-authority extract, shareholder list, or financial statement.
- Not legal, credit, or investment advice.

Is a company page a DBD certificate?
No. It is a republished identity record. The official certificate is a separate file we retrieve from DBD when you order it.
Do you write a biography for each company?
No. We show registry fields, source dates, and the limits of those fields. We do not generate company stories to fill the page.
Who reviews these explanations?
The retrieval team at TMD SPACE Co., Ltd. maintains this method page. We do not attach a reviewer name unless a named person actually reviewed a specific statement.
How do I report an error?
Email ops@thailandcompanydocs.com with the 13-digit registration number and the field that looks wrong. We check it against the official source and correct the row when the source supports the change.
