01Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are issued by TMD SPACE Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the Thailand Company Docs brand at thailandcompanydocs.com. They apply to any person who visits the website or places an order (“you”, “customer”).
By ticking acceptance at checkout, paying for a package, or continuing to use the website after notice of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
02Definitions
- “DBD” means Thailand’s Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, and its official electronic services.
- “Official document” means a file issued or certified by DBD for a Thai juristic person, including certificates, shareholder lists, registration-change files, financial statements, and related certified copies where available.
- “Package” means a priced retrieval product listed on the website, including optional English registered objectives and any stated page allowance.
- “Summary” means an English note we prepare from official files. A summary is our work product, not an official DBD certificate.
- “Order” means a paid request to retrieve official documents for a juristic person you confirm.
03Nature of the service
We provide a commercial document-retrieval and delivery service. For each order we identify the juristic person you confirm, submit a request to the correct official DBD channel, perform quality control on the returned files, and deliver them through a secure download.
We do not issue government certificates, operate a public DBD portal, open bank accounts, draft corporate resolutions, provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, or certify that a company is legitimate, solvent, authorized for your transaction, or free of fraud.
04Independent status
We are an independent private operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of DBD or any other Thai government authority. Eligible records may also be requested directly through official government channels.
The price you pay is a service price. It covers identification, international checkout, staff handling, tracking, quality control, and secure delivery. Government fees, where incurred, are only part of that price and are not a reprint of the official tariff.
05Orders and company confirmation
You must identify the Thai juristic person with the 13-digit registration number where available and confirm that the displayed record is the entity you intend. English names can collide or be missing. Confirmation is a material term of the contract.
After you confirm the entity, a wrong-company order is treated as your selection. We may start a new order or, at our discretion, correct the request if official retrieval has not begun. If we retrieve the wrong entity through our own error, we reprocess that order without an extra service charge.
06Prices, page allowances, and taxes
Package prices are stated in United States dollars unless we show another currency at checkout. Prices may change before you pay. A “from” price applies where official page counts vary.
Shareholder lists, change files, financial statements, and complete-file packs include a stated page allowance. If the official page count exceeds that allowance, we pause and seek your approval before charging more. If you decline, we may cancel the unused official portion and refund that unused portion in line with the Refund Policy.
Unless a tax invoice is issued showing otherwise, displayed prices are service prices. Any VAT or other tax that Thai law requires us to charge will be disclosed where applicable.
07Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card numbers. Work does not begin until payment is received, except where we expressly agree otherwise.
You authorize us and the payment provider to charge the selected package and any later page-allowance amount you approve. Chargebacks and payment disputes are addressed in the Refund Policy.
08Performance estimates
Delivery times on the website are service estimates after payment and complete company information. They are not guarantees of DBD processing time. Thai public holidays, registry downtime, missing English registration data, archived records, certification requirements, and extra-page approval can extend the estimate.
We will contact the checkout email if we cannot complete the order within the stated window or if the requested file is unavailable.
09Delivery
Wave 1 delivery is a secure digital download sent to the email used at checkout. We do not attach official PDFs to ordinary email by default. Download links expire after the period stated on the order, currently fourteen (14) days unless we configure a different period, and may be reissued after we confirm the requester.
Apostille, legalization, paper originals, and courier delivery are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
10Official files and summaries
Official documents remain DBD’s records. You may verify an official English certificate through DBD’s own verification channel where that service is offered. If a summary and an official file disagree, the official file controls.
A shareholder list is the latest list filed with DBD. It is not proof of ultimate beneficial ownership. Filed financial statements are the latest annual filing when that filing exists. They are not a live management account or a solvency certificate.
11Customer obligations
- Provide accurate identifiers and keep the checkout email reachable.
- Use retrieved files only for lawful business, compliance, or professional purposes.
- Do not present this website as a government portal or use DBD emblems from our pages.
- Do not scrape, overload, or resell access to our ordering or download systems.
- Do not use official files to commit fraud, impersonation, or unlawful surveillance.
12Intellectual property
The website design, copy, software, and brand belong to us or our licensors. Official DBD documents remain subject to applicable government and copyright rules. You receive a limited right to use retrieved files for the purpose of your order. You do not receive a right to republish our site content or to present our summaries as official certificates.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from your selection of the wrong juristic person, from facts or omissions in official DBD records, from DBD delay or unavailability, or from decisions you make using the files, including credit, investment, employment, or contracting decisions.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for an order is limited to the service price paid for that order, except in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit.
14Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the files, your confirmation of the wrong entity, or your presentation of our service as a government authority, except to the extent the claim is caused by our willful misconduct.
15Suspension and refusal
We may refuse or suspend an order where payment fails, identifiers are incomplete, the request appears unlawful, or the registry cannot produce the file. We will record the reason and apply the Refund Policy to any unused amount.
16Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version dated on this page applies to orders placed after that date. The current version is dated 2026-09-17. Material changes will appear on this page before they apply to new orders.
17Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum that applies to you. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
