DBD is the official source. If you can use the Thai or English official sites, pay in the way they accept, and manage exceptions yourself, you should. This page states what you pay us for instead.
Official documents are issued or certified by Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD). We provide document retrieval, processing, and secure delivery. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or part of DBD.

DBD issues or certifies the official files in both paths. We do not issue government documents.
DBD. You pay the government fee plus your own time. Our listed prices are service prices and are higher than the raw official fee.
English-first package choice, international checkout, company confirmation, staff submission to the correct service, waiting-period tracking, quality control, and a secure download.
When you have a Thai login path that works, you know which package to pick, you can pay the official fee, and you can resolve English-data exceptions.

Directories sell search and exports. Law firms sell advice. Wave 1 sells official-document retrieval. Those are different jobs.
No. We do not use government emblems or imply endorsement.
Yes. Use DBD's official verification for the English certificate where offered. That independence is the point.
We do not run the government account for you as a public portal, and we do not write legal opinions, apostilles, or courtroom evidence binders in Wave 1.
